Registration of Retinal Images
Abstract
In this talk, I will focus primarily on the ongoing work on registration of
retinal images. I will talk about the issues that these images present as
viewed from the computer vision perspective and the need for a different
kind of feature detector to establish correspondences for the purpose of
registration. Time permitting, I shall also touch upon an investigation that
was carried out to try and extract depth information from a stereo pair of
retina images and the issues that were encountered.
